Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. I couldn’t recommend Szilard (and his team) more highly. Very high attention to detail when painting and decorating and nothing is a problem. As well as decorating Szilard has moved sockets, light fittings, fixed shower screens, re-configured wardrobes to name but a few additional jobs that have arisen along the way. He has been back a number of times now and is punctual and tidy in his work.

A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. This was impossible as it was a shopfront. Absolutely no balls, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!
