Any work over £500 will require a 50% deposit and materials paid for prior to work commencing unless agreed with the management
All works to be Paid in full is required before the engineer leaves the property any late payment is subject to a 50% charge unless agreed with management

Radiator
We recently had Jay come to replace our radiators, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was fitted perfectly. Jay was also very respectful of the space, kept things tidy, and even took the opened packaging of the radiators with him. The new radiators look and perform great thanks to his skill. I’d happily recommend Jay to anyone looking for reliable engineer.

Do not use Jay, paid him half and then he didn’t finish the job and went awol leaving my downstairs bathroom in a right state, packing out gaps with bits of wood, lots of mastic use, toilet cistern not bolted to the wall, boxing in was not cut straight, he spray painted but that was uneven and he managed to get my hall walls too, now having to rip out everything he has done to start again. Once again avoid this guy
