Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Beware of these people – they do not honour their work! It cost me £1000 for a grey water pump plus over £500 installation cost (connect three wires and two pipes) to install a replacement pump for the one that has been working fine for a number of years until they touched it. The new pump extract water at 20 L a minute the old pump was 11 L perm. Because the water level buildup in the shower when the overhead and handheld spray are on at the same time I am told I can’t do that. I have to turn one off!!

I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!

Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!

I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
