Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Great serivice by Dorian, he was greatly helpful to understand my objectives for the works needed and the deadlines I had to achieve those. He's spot-on for electrics, but he was outstanding on all-round trading works, excelling also on painting, flooring and plumbing, even if a fully busy schedule during the working week and thus committing flexibly during his extra time on evenings and weekends.
