Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. Cut corners and now a couple months later a lot of his work has been ruined and needs to be completed again.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.
