Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. I engaged Pol Builders initially to replace the flooring on my landing. They did an excellent job, ensuring minimum disruption. I was so pleased with the standard of workmanship, they then completed, the hall, stairs and landing redecoration, installing panelling and laying LVT in the hallway to a very high standard. I was badly disappointed with the work, discussed this with Petru, sent him photos, he was still adamant he had done excellent work. I had to engage another contractor, who I had to pay not only to do the work, but to undo the poor outcome of Petru's work. I hired Petru based on his excellent feedback, and considered asking him to do more work in my home; I regret that decision, and will not hire contractors via websites like this any time again.
