I was extremely impressed by Nelson - he was quick to respond - visited the same evening to do the survey - was very professional and knowledgeable and set out the alternatives and his recommendations. He arrived the next morning with the new boiler - removed the old one and installed the new one. He returned on Sunday afternoon to commission the system - what service! During the work Jack was excellent and his work is of superb standard. He arrived promptly every day and worked extremely hard. I was always kept up to date with what was going on and was listened to for all aspects of the design and layout. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again; they'll be doing my kitchen soon!
