We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. Arrange a next day plumbers. Got message with expected times but no one showed up. After chasing was told it was a mistake and rearranged for the following day. Had to pay for a next day service which I never received. Person on phone said they are not trained to deal with that issue and would pass on the someone else but have not heard anything. Also emailed without a response.

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials.
