Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. I can't fault the diagnosis of needing a new boiler, but he then quoted me what I believe were excessive prices for a replacement. I've since booked an installation with a nationwide installer for a similar-spec boiler that costs less than half the price of what he was quoting me.
