I'm really very happy with Akram from Imperial. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the windows and locks. He took the time to explain everything in detail so I understood what he would be doing. He gave a very reasonable price, less than what others had quoted, and while here, he looked at another problem door. He has ordered the part for that and will return at a later date to fix that also. He was able to answer all the questions I had. He is now my new window fixer.

Victor and his team worked on the kitchen for 3 days and I hardly even noticed they were there. They were tidy and very quiet. They did exactly as they said they would and started and finished on time. Really pleased with the workmanship. The finish is a lot better than I had hoped.
