We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They listerned to our concearns during the process of the instillation and also gave us some good advice and ideas. We found them to be very tidy with their work and respected our property. Had a window and front door fitted by Nation Windows. Overall the experience was good. The new fitting has made such a difference to our hallway. When they came to fit the window and door, Sunny and his fitters immediately put down dust sheets. We found them to do a clean job and were very polite throughout. Both Pam and Sunny were very helpful and friendly. They were true to there word to fix two minor issues after the fitting, So thank you.

The work is completed promptly, is very tidy and leaves nothing behind. Jim charges fairly and in line with current prices and competition. James was hired to fit 5 internal doors. It took him 3 days, and the work was careless, lazy, and full of mistakes, excuses, lies and frustration. He blamed the doors, house, locks, anything but himself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but after he left I was able to fix —by myself— issues that he tried to gaslight me into believing it was the best possible outcome. I suspect his "27 years of experience" was made up, and the problem was nothing but absolute lack of skill, care and work ethic.
