Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. Dorian from Bello Electric accepted my enquiry and arrived very quickly. He commenced tracing the fault immediately and carried out his investigation with obvious skill and knowledge. Speedily eliminating a number of possibilities he established that the fault lay with external wiring which appeared to have been damaged by rodents. Repaired. Left site tidy. Really pleased. I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!
