After plastering and painting a wall, he forced my massive kitchen cupboard back on his own, and in the process smashed the roof above it (debris was literally sitting on top of the cupboard he’d just moved), dented the wall he was hired to fix, AND my fridge - then denied all and claimed the damage had “already been there" when I sent photos after he left asking him to come back. THEN tried to charge me to come fix damage HE CAUSED. Left house in a mess as well. Avoid at all costs!!

Mandir from final touch was amazing. I highly recommend him and final touch. I called final touch for an urgent job and they came the following day. No complaints and very reasonable price. I had to lay carpet on stairs, passage and two other rooms with carpet which did not fit exactly plus a combination of old and new carpet. Manvir was able to do it no problem and made it look easy. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. I engaged Pol Builders initially to replace the flooring on my landing. They did an excellent job, ensuring minimum disruption. I was so pleased with the standard of workmanship, they then completed, the hall, stairs and landing redecoration, installing panelling and laying LVT in the hallway to a very high standard. The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!
