He spent quite a bit of time talking me through various choices and also highlighted some other problem areas that I was then able to address. He also kept to the quoted price. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient.
