George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

We didn't know any tradesmen locally as we had just moved to the area, found Kevin on rated people and took the 'gamble' of booking him - so glad we did. Him and his team were reliable, honest, efficient, clean and tidy. He works to very high standards, talked us through every step of the way, did extra jobs for us which weren't originally quoted for at no extra cost. A genuine no-nonsense guy who knows what he's doing. We had a garage conversion done in less than 2 weeks, we'll definitely use him again. 5*

Found on Rated People. Bathroom was fitted to a seemingly good standard and as expected, but over a week later a mark appeared on the kitchen ceiling this became bigger their was a leak coming from the new bathroom. Whilst issue was resolved, this puts a question mark over the quality of the workmanship. The water marks on the ceiling needed sorting this lead to a painter and plasterer visiting, but the painter expected the paint to have been dropped off, it wasn’t. Months later the job remains not done.

The Drain People attended promptly to my request for a CCTV drains mapping found a pipe was uncapped responsible no doubt for the sogginess in garden and there was a buried manhole/inspection chamber that indicated a breach in regulations by the builder David wilson homes. Great job and helpful worker Paul if I recollect his name accurately.

Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Martin is now our go to man for any future jobs, whether it's to carry out the job or just for help and suggestions. Daniel and his Team are all very friendly. We hired them to undertake repair and replacement works to the fire doors at two of our homes and they completed everything to a high and compliant standard. We have since employed Belfords Construction for further project works which are going well. Happy to work with again.

After some poor quality, leaky plumbing left after a dodgy builder i found Tim on rated people. He fixed my leaks and checked the rest of the plumbing for me. He was quick, clean and did a great job. highly recommended.

I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. (Steve if you're reading this please reach out, it's not too late to fix it and get the job finished)

Robert and his team were excellent! They were punctual, efficient, hard-working, friendly and did a fantastic job for us. They were also tidy and left the garden in a neat and good condition. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others or use his services again.

I contacted Mr Thain three times in an effort to obtain a quotation for some fencing work. On two of those occasions he promised to provide the quotation, but he never delivered on his commitment.
