The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

Gavin was the only builder who responded but he still gave me a competitive quote and was able to start as soon as I wanted. I am very pleased with his work. He did the job and did a good clear-up afterwards.

Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. I had initial doubts about using this website to find good tradesmen. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..

David removed a chimney stack and supported with gallow brackets in the loft. He was always on time, tidied up after himself and communicated during the process. The job was signed off by the council who David liaised with to ensure the work was carried out as required. Won't hesitate to use David again for future work.

Would hire again with out hesitation! Gip was polite, friendly, professional and punctual. He came to quote for the job and gave a very fair price. It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.
