The job started off really well. Dean and Ash were conscientious, tidy, friendly and looked to be doing a great job. Sadly towards the end of the job it all seemed a little rushed. They were supposed to be coming back to sand down the skirting boards properly and repaint them they never did, and now several months on the wallpaper is starting to come off in the living room and bedroom. I'm really disappointed and have now ran out of money to have these thing corrected.

Mo came and surveyed what was needed. Then quoted. Had a team he said would be fast and thorough.paid 40% deposit He did not discuss and liaise with other trades working on house. This Caused problems. Ended up flooding both up and downstairs with full radiators left on sides draining onto laminate. floors. Floors ruined and had to be removed and I face 8/10k to replace. Broke fibre optics cable. Refused to accept responsibility for any of the errors and mistakes. Dreadful experience and nothing but stress.

There is no job too big or too small that I can complete. I am polite, well mannered also I'm punctual. When it comes to the jobs I complete I'm a perfectionist. I have a small team of three painters/decoraters who also work to a very high standard and go the extra mile to meet all customer expectations. Although I have a small team, I do like to complete most of the work myself. You can see by my ratings that my customers would agree and always happy with the high end finished look.
