Friendly and hardworking guys, checking in on our preferences for the installation along the way. Toilet relocation needed tricky plumbing but they were confident and got the job done. Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

People all lovely:Val, very good at explaining the process, inspiring confidence with no hard sell, then Carl and Jamie, the most cheerful chaps to have around, very polite and considerate, nothing too much bother - completed ivy removal for me, hard- working and always ready to answer questions . Did their best with clear-up but still a lot of paint spatter everywhere despite their efforts. The finish not exactly what I had hoped - you may need to limit your expectations if you've got pebbledash.

First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Lee did an fantastic job of all of the work. Exterior was painted, including downpipes and guttering; pebble dash repaired; whole exterior painted. Next was the hallway, stairs and landing, now looking like the plaster had been completely refreshed such was the attention to detail. Even stripped the bannister back to pine for me. Lounge and dining rooms were beautifully done too and colour matched perfectly to a sample of F&B colour Will get Lee back once next set of rooms ready and highly recommend!
