I said to forget it I'd rehire but he was adamant he wanted to help & rearranged for the Wednesday. Didn't turn up; no phone call or message explaining why. Superb service from Brendan and Matthew (who quoted and did the work). A next day site visit and quote (free) was great. Matthew looked at what we knew we needed and spotted some missing pointing, and a few other cracked tiles. Photos of all of these minor problems were taken, and the quotation was substantially less than expected. Yes please - when can you come? 2 days later all the minor jobs are done, and I have photos of the newly completed work. A 15 year guarantee too. I am so pleased!
