I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. Do not hire this man!! After plastering and painting a wall, he forced my massive kitchen cupboard back on his own, and in the process smashed the roof above it (debris was literally sitting on top of the cupboard he’d just moved), dented the wall he was hired to fix, AND my fridge - then denied all and claimed the damage had “already been there" when I sent photos after he left asking him to come back. THEN tried to charge me to come fix damage HE CAUSED. Left house in a mess as well. Avoid at all costs!!

Cons: Needed to follow up to get scaffolding removed. Warranty documents were delayed by over a month despite multiple chases. Gutters were not reinstalled properly causing leaks. Two repair attempts failed and I'm now waiting on a full replacement with no exact date confirmed as yet.
