Steven and his team did a brilliant job on our flat. I couldn't meet Steven in person as I live elsewhere, but he was in close contact with me before and throughout the job. Grand Finishes decorated the flat within 4-5 days. They went beyond the scope of the project, suggesting we paint the radiators too to make it look better, as well as refresh the grout in the bathroom and kitchen (both of which they included at no extra cost). I could cry. Don't pick him, I coukd have done this better myself. This man caused a weeks worth of mess for us to put right. He got paint on windows, tiles in kitchen and all surfaces in kitchen. Terrible decorater... We wasted a week and our money. He does like a tea break though, so if you do have him. Keep a close eye on him.
