The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. I'm afraid that Alex DECORs had to return to site as he had over-drilled into the brickwork and the metal gate hinges started to fail after 2 weeks! . I even had to spend another £16 on strong adhesive to complete the repair. Incompetent. And he refused to issue me with an invoice. Please avoid.

We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. Quick to respond to advert on Rated People. Answered questions on where they were located and asked me for a video of job, which was sent. However, I needed the job to be done asap and Patrick has broken his ankle so I went with another gardening service. Patrick did call to explain what had happened and offered a discount on any other work. Very genuine worker.
We're running the business like five years in London and we do all the building job.
Please avoid. There were problems from start to finish, including quoting for work that was later not carried out and repeatedly claiming not to understand what had been agreed. The standard of work was very poor and has been done so badly that it cannot be fixed and will need to be removed and redone at my own expense. From what I can see, the issues are significant, and I’m also concerned that the associated plumbing work may have been affected, although I can’t yet say to what extent.
