Happy with job overall, skilled caftmanship. After job issue: Glue has leaked onto door from frame and hardened until seen on day of instalation. Was advised it can be fixed and will attend to it when passing by. The rating will be changed once this is fixed or new door installed as I paid for new door. It is not my doing thaglue leaked.

I’m more than happy with the replacement conservatory door that Michael has fitted and the finished result is far better than I anticipated. Nothing about the job fazed him and the “niggles” that could have been a problem for some tradespeople were easily solved by Michael. Michael made contact via telephone the day after my job was posted so we had a chat about what was involved and he arranged to come and look. From start to finish the job was completed in a quick and timely manner.

Nice tiles in bathroom but paid for a door and radiator to be fitted and these weren’t done. Got radiator on floor not attached! Had to get someone else to fit door. It took me three hours to clean up after his mess, no joke, bathroom was filthy. Asked him to come back to fill in gaps in tiling & fit other things which he said would do, and he did a few of these things. He changed bath plug because wasn’t fitted properly but instead of removing first plug, he left some of it in sink hole,

Billy is a nice guy and does fantastic work. He came to do a bit of yard work and maintenance as well as clearing a huge pile of rubbish and some Buddleia bushes, re-stain a fence etc. All done and dusted in the one day. Good honest price. Monument Castle knocked a loading wall down for me so we could have a large open kitchen, dining and living room. They insulated the ceiling, moved some electrics and did some plumbing for us (moved 2 radiators). They did a really good job for us and have some great tradesmen working for them. Would recommend.
