Martin responded quickly to fix the problem with our conservatory roof and repaired it the next day. He communicated efficiently and was courteous and friendly and offered other advice on our garage roof. Happy to recommend him.
Velux / Skylight Window
Leakage around windows in an attic room led us to call in a roofer. Good communication, very polite and efficient, and got the job done quickly on the day. We'll only know for sure once it rains again, but the work comes with a 5-year guarantee.

I told you I was coming back to repair it, but that had nothing to do with me. I only went round there to put a gutter clip on for you. Never carried out any work that side. I only clean the mess off that box. Nothing to do with me whatsoever. My apologies if you think it was me but I will come back and fix it. That’s not a problem.

The roofer came back and provided with materials and went the the extra mile to finish the job beyond my expectation. Also free of charge, we had a bit talking and it was a bad to talk and all misunderstanding. I’m very happy about the work he’s done and I hope my previous comments don’t affect your future business. It’s all good.
