Vitalrepairs were quick to respond and provide a competitive quote. They came to fix the dishwasher same day and did a great job. I would have given 5 starts for the job. However, I needed an invoice to get a reimbursement, which I have never received after multiple chasers and promises that this would be done. 2 months later. I'm out of pocket with no reply. Hence the rating. Otherwise, great job done.
