Not true. I asked him what time was suitable for him and he said 12 noon. I texted him at 1.15 and called him at 2.30. He texted me to say he was on a difficult job. No further communication was had from him.

He was very pleasant, charged what he quoted to replace a leaking kitchen tap which was a fair price. Took the old tap and packaging away and cleaned up afterwards. Tap installed in no time. This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Ben was exceedingly speedy in contacting me on a Thursday afternoon & had diagnosed my faulty boiler shortly after arriving. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!
