This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.

Since 2003, I have had a passion for two different sectors of work. The majority of my workload has been within aviation; the other in property maintenance. This has given me the best of both worlds; my passion for flying and getting my hands dirty. However, in February ‘19 I was made redundant from my aviation job which has allowed me to take on my trade full-time. Over the last 15years I have had involvement with a variety of domestic projects ranging from a simple tap change, tenancy repairs, to a full house renovation. I have also been involved with retail construction and development; refitting of supermarkets, hotels and offices. I now enjoy working for myself and I always ensure I do a great job for the people I meet. I am a reliable individual who is honest and trustworthy.
