This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Had issues with Kris from the beginning. Agreed a quote of £600 for 30 squares. First day came down spent 3 hours and all that was lad was 6squares of underlay . Equipment didn’t work. second day did around 8 squares of laminate flooring was always out at the car. Third day he’d started at 8:30 but at around 10 he started talking about additional costs which he did not raise in the beginning. So I asked him to leave and paid him for work completed. Work ok but slow but would not trust as could cost you.

Mike came out quoted and was able to get a team together to start 3 days later, took them two days to clear a garden, rip out large tree stumps, old fence panels and posts, level the area ready for seeding, got another two days of final leveling the two gardens together, good workers, thanks Mike and Reg! What a nightmare! You could be forgiven for thinking removal and refitting of toilet mean they will refit back with no leaks. Not only did they leave me with a leaking bathroom for a week with damage to my walls and ceiling, they then wanted to charge me £150 labour to fix by replacing a valve!! I wish this review gave me the option to add pictures so you can see the extent of the damage and bad job they did. Small positive was that the tiling itself was mostly ok but will NOT use again!
