ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

I am delighted with the communication and workmanship that Tim gave me. My tired kitchen is now fabulous, a complete transformation . It was completed as estimated ,time wise and left clean and tidy. George and Marlon completed two jobs for me - papering the hall, stairs and landing, hanging some new doors that needed cutting down to size and other general DIY. They were brilliant. On time, efficient and very skilled, tidy, polite, told me what they were doing, worked like trojans and hardly stopped for a cup of tea. Would use them again and would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Phillips roofing company. Reece runs his own company, he gave me a competitive quote and was happy to answer all my questions. I was looking for someone I could trust, who would be on time and most importantly do a professional job, this is exactly what you get from Reece. He was conscientious, cleared up properly and brought the job in on time. Even my builder asked for his number when he saw his work. All in all very happy.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

At short notice Scott looked at job for decorating and flooring gave estimate and started work. He worked hard and to a very high standard along with being a tidy worker .I will certainly ask Scott to do work in the future

Was a little dubious about hiring tradesmen through the internet.but i need not have had any concerns. G S Building Solutions were fantastic, did a fantastic job very reliable attention to detail and took pride in his work gave good advise. He is first class and would recommend G S Building Solutions
