James did a good day's work. He was joined by work mate Craig. They erected a pagoda. James started to sand my path and patios. He said he would come back on Monday to finish. He didn't. I called him again and on four different occasions he volunteered a day to come but didn't. I foolishly paid James in full. They left garden debris which took us several hours to clear up. Overall they did a good job. Brendon and his team are great guys. The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is that the typical thing happened: A quote of £550 was agreed to replace 7-8 missing tiles and then open arrival and closer inspection more issues are discovered and suddenly the quote increases to £2000. The two guys fixing the issues spent max 5-6 hours on the fixes with no expensive materials used. Shame cause I was considering them for a whole roof replacement next year, not anymore.
