Michael turned up promptly to give me a quote which was reasonable, included the paint and no unexpected extra costs. He managed to fit in my work within days and it was carried out to a high standard. The hall was painted in a colour matched to a Farrow and Ball shade and looks excellent and they carried out sterling work on my damaged front door which has been restored to its former state. I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up.
