AF Building&Maintenance Ltd was formed in 2015 by Arek Fleszer, who has 22 years experience in the construction industry. It is a small, friendly and thriving company. We have completed a number of contracts with various multinational and local companies.
Arek gave us a fair quote and worked with us for a suitable start date. Arek, Kris and Gutek were lovely, friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and did a fantastic job of the work we needed doing even going beyond to ensure a good finish. Absolute pleasure to have them here for 7-8 weeks. I can't rate Evans&Son; (Paul) highly enough. After meeting Paul only once I was comfortable enough to be able to handover the keys to the house (which is 200 miles away from where I now live) and let Paul get on with the job (painting all walls and woodwork, replacing carpets and floor tiles, and general maintenance jobs around the house). Paul did a fantastic job, was very competitively priced, and stuck to price originally quoted.

Larry contacted us immediately and turned up the next day to quote a price. Was able to start work almost immediately, which suited us. We supplied the wall colour and Larry provided all the other materials. On time every day for the 3 days he took to complete the job (had quoted four) and subsequently reduced the price to reflect this. Very good workmanship, non stop worker, minimal time away from the job (lunch,t break etc.) and very friendly and chatty. Would highly recommend.
