Quoted a good price and visited quickly to review damage. Arrived a few days later and completed all work in one day. A couple attended and one fixed gaps with wood filler and sanded excess off while the other painted…They worked fast a whole day no breaks or drink offered. They tool a full day for £100 each. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.

The guy come to see the tree, give me a price but never come back to do the job. Call couple of times, message him, said will come next day but didn't come. After 2 weeks send me a message if still I want to cut the tree, job was done with other company.

Very disappointed with the work. Since then, the roof has leaked on four separate occasions within 20 days, despite your guarantee of a 20-year lifespan. I had to find another team to rework the entire roof and pay the same price again.
