Job done in a friendly and considerate way, and we liked the result. Issues which arose (e.g. water coming through ceiling below two evenings after they'd left) were rectified, and snags at the end were dealt with promptly. Cleaning up was fairly good but not perfect - tiles needed quite a bit of further scraping, scouring and buffing to remove traces of grout and adhesive. But altogether perfectly satisfied that we got what we paid for.

I was able to appoint Marcel & Krys to take on our job that was to relay a number of loose paving slabs with a complete regrouting of the patio. It was only a small job and the exact cause of the leak in the roof couldn't be confirmed from ground level. Peter came round promptly and gave me a quote based on the information I gave him. The work was done the following week and was slightly more extensive than expected but within the original quote range. All in all excellent service and I would definitely the company again.

Over all, an excellent job was done although due to poor weather, a three day job became a three week one. Several unseen problems became apparent during this work, but everything was explained and reasons given for delays / further expense. Time keeping wasn’t great as on many occasions they’d arrive after 09:00 and would have gone by 16:00 at the latest. However, very satisfied with the result.
