The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. I hired Tomasz to renovation my shower room. He removed old fittings, ran new plumbing and tiled the wall. However, he scratched my new unit, put paint on my bare wood door frame, put the shower up squint, fitted tile trim with silicon, left holes in the wall, built a pipe box too big, covered it with ugly correx, lost screws to fasten the towel rail to the wall so it's loose, and left it leaking, and installed tray in wrong place in shower. I had to undo much of his work and finish the job myself. :-(

Would like to leave this review just to say how overwhelmingly positive my experience I had dealing with the gents at refresh was. I have an autistic son that is very sensitive to loud noises and doesn’t take too well strangers at the house. I told the guys this and they were more than reassuring and completely accommodating to my situation. The job was done quietly, clean and to a professional standard. I would like add they hand sanded each door to keep noise to a minimum. 10/10
