Felix did a fantastic job at upgrading my Consumer board or the fuse box and provided me with the EICR report at the end. I was apprehensive at first as I spoke to so many electricians and got so much info mixed up. Felix is very experienced and explained with clarity, which put my mind at ease. Bad job for me because he recommended for me to replace washing machine, but it turned out the dishwasher was leaking and the washing machine is 100% fine. Poor communication on billing also had including a surprise charge for 2 electrician's which I didn't like. And I could have sold a good washing machine and kept a faulty dishwasher if I trusted his advice.
