Our house unsalable. I have an independent report to support it. Insufficient foundation, no damp course, insufficient insulation, incorrect installation of roof. He said he would rectify if we paid for 'things unquoted' but failed to show exactly what. We haven't heard from him in months. Stay away!!

I also offer basic electrical services within my legal capability. I am currently retraining to gain the necessary qualifications in this field, allowing me to join a competent person scheme. As such, I am currently able to provide fault finding services, or install basic electrical fittings. I have been developing my practical skillset since childhood, always working with my father and grandfather around the house. From this origin, I have since been in the engineering field both electrically and mechanically, but decided to return to my genetical roots.
