A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Bad job for me because he recommended for me to replace washing machine, but it turned out the dishwasher was leaking and the washing machine is 100% fine. Poor communication on billing also had including a surprise charge for 2 electrician's which I didn't like. And I could have sold a good washing machine and kept a faulty dishwasher if I trusted his advice.
