Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. Would recommend him highly, cost was v reasonable and was very glad to find him.

There was no fault in his commitment to get the job done within the asked timescale to even staying until 9pm to get it done. 4 weeks later and everything is still working. Work is guaranteed.
