Was professional, prompt and friendly! He explained what was wrong, what he was going to do to put it right and about the products used. Also told us about aftercare and gave us an instruction booklet. We felt very comfortable with him, had a nice chat and also talked about further works we might have done. A previous plumber scared me by implying it was a major job - replacing, retiling, expensive, destructive - so I put it off. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. He finished the job with high quality and with just a small delay despite of a good amount of obstacles (we did painting in parallel). Would definitely recommend Chris's services!
