Contacted Rated People as I required a consumer unit change and test certificate. I was cont by James within a minute, an easy to understand and easy to talk to person who quickly established my requirements. He provided a date and ball park cost to be confirmed later. A date and price agreed, 7 days notice. The work was completed today, punctual and efficient. Was contacted a little later when the work was finished certificate issued along with invoice. Overall great service no fuss and efficient.
