Totally reliable - rang back immediately, discussed what needed to be done, was able to fit us in at fairly short notice; turned up on time; undertook electical survey as well as other bits of electrical work; and provided the full report and quote for further work on the same day. Came and quoted, then did lots of small jobs for me, between his bigger contracts. Recommended replacing some spotlights in some rooms for safer ones, which seemed sensible, but didn’t push the higher costs. Overall, nice guy, very efficient, obviously knows his stuff. Thanks.

Richard fitted a new outdoor light sensor and found out why decking lights were not working. He was helpful, pleasant and kept working until the new sensor was working properly and until he was satisfied that the cause of the problem with the decking lights was clear.
