A previous plumber scared me by implying it was a major job - replacing, retiling, expensive, destructive - so I put it off. Was professional, prompt and friendly! He explained what was wrong, what he was going to do to put it right and about the products used. Also told us about aftercare and gave us an instruction booklet. We felt very comfortable with him, had a nice chat and also talked about further works we might have done.
