I thought the job had been completed satisfactorily so I paid for the work in full. It then became apparent that problems existed. Scot did not dispute the issues and agreed to return to resolve them. There then followed 9 separate dates when we agreed for the work to be done. Scot failed to turn up for any of the dates. A variety of excuses were given for some, others he just didn't arrive. Despite giving 7 working days to return the money paid this has also been ignored. Be warned!

My boiler broke in spite of a recent service and safety inspection. Bad enough, but not what you want in the winter. Charlie came the same day, didn’t charge emergency call out fees, and confirmed that last safety inspection was inadequate. The next day he came early and fitted a new boiler. I can recommend Charlie - he’ll clearly communicate the options, do a thorough job, focus on safety and charge a fair price.

I qualified as a plumber in 1999 and have been running a small family business ever since. With private homeowners and landlord owned properties the mainstay of my business, you can rest assured any job large or small will be carried out by a competent tradesman. Timekeeping is also something we pride ourselves on so no more waiting all day for a plumber, 95% of 1 hour time slots are kept and if you have an emergency we can be to you within in the hour. No call out charge on top of labour charges for work completed. A fee will be charged for diagnosing leaks and blockages that aren't initially visible and you decide not to go ahead with the work. A fee will also be charged for quotes, refunded off the total price once you go ahead with the work. If you go forward with a different tradesman it becomes non-refundable
