I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. After a very log and unnecessarily complicated and long process to get any accurate information from, and when an appointment was finally scheduled - no one showed up, no one replied to messages and calls. Utterly unprofessional, using random contractors, and clearly down to luck - if any of the other reviews are even real.

No call out charge on top of labour charges for work completed. A fee will be charged for diagnosing leaks and blockages that aren't initially visible and you decide not to go ahead with the work. A fee will also be charged for quotes, refunded off the total price once you go ahead with the work. If you go forward with a different tradesman it becomes non-refundable
