Shocking work. We paid £3,400 for a brand new bathroom with new flooring throughout the home and this builder James Baker who runs under various business names from J W to The Dark Spark electrical in Spalding has destroyed the bathroom and his so called friends have placed a worthless and extremely shoddy bad job. A 5 year old could do better. We are now taking legal action after a flooding, no work for 2 weeks and wall panels that are such a bad job we have to get a new bathroom fitted.

David and Chris removed some existing concrete steps that were crumbling and replaced with new, bricked and flagged complete with ramp for the bins. They completed the work on time and we are absolutely delighted with the result and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone considering any such work in the future. They left the site clean and tidy and caused us no inconvenience whatsoever and completed within budget for which they were competitively priced.

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. I gave a garage conversion project into a full en-suite bedroom to Radu. Radu surpassed all my expectations on his work ethics, (always punctual), work quality (highest level), integrity and affordable. He never cut corners and the final result shows.
