Nick will probably visit your home within a couple of hours of posting the job (making you feel confident that your job will be finished as quickly as you need it to be) send you links to the materials to be purchased, ask for deposit and then stop all forms of communication. After an initial very swift reply and quote that was hundreds of pounds less than others there was an initial visit followed by weeks of no contact. After chasing there was another visit and then 3 months of no replying to messages. Suspect he quoted too low but a massive waste of time.
