Bryn is a great bloke, contacted me within 10minutes of posting the job and arranged to come and give a quote on Monday (posted job Saturday). Before he arrived he gave a call to say he was on his way which was great and gave me time to get back. Took a look at the job and was able to tell me exactly what was needed and what wasn't. Gave a quote on the spot and was even able to do the job the same day. Bryn juggled another job because of the urgency but didn't penalise us for it. He had all the equipment and tools needed with him and planed what needed to be done on the spot. Overall he was a pleasant and professional bloke who knew what he was doing and was good at it too. We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.

This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.
It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.
