Darren was extremely friendly and professional throughout the whole process. We had worktops cut for our kitchen and he did them to an excellent standard. Whilst he was on the job we asked if it was possible to fit the high rise units we had purchased for our kitchen. He had no problem with doing this and charged us a very reasonable amount. Any further work we would need to have done, Darren would be our first and only call. Great work, great service, great results.

I didn't actually give the job to Smart Construction; but Aaron visited to inspect the job, and was extremely helpful, personable, and business like; he also did some research to work out the structure of my property. I approached Emanuel and his team for tiling of a bathroom wall. They were incredibly professional during the assessment and were very helpful in working around my limited budget. They showed excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail, taking the time to sand down the cut tile edges. Most importantly, Emanuel and his team were very transparent with their labour and material costs with receipts for breakdown. This has won over my trust and I will surely enlist their expertise again soon.

David, Adam and the team they employed were very good. They talked through every aspect of the job beforehand and made the costs clear in the contract. The construction was of a high quality and all done efficiently. This construction was completed during lockdown and the team adapted and communicated well throughout the process. Everyone who worked on the job was polite and friendly and professional. During the construction there were minor changes needed which were accomodated well, even after completion.

Had a wall knocked down and new floor fitted by Phil. He was extremely careful not to cause too much mess and double checked before going ahead with any work. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and use him for any future work!

Dennis gave us a reasonable quote for fitting and supplying internal doors throughout the house. He was prompt, worked hard whilst maintaining a clean environment ie clearing all sawdust and debris. Will definitely be usingDdennis again!! Would recommend him to anyone who, like us, had never used trades people before

I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.

Nico and his team were excellent They done a first class job. Nico kept in touch throughout the work and they were all polite and friendly. Re-pointing is always a messy job, but they cleaned up everything very well afterwards A great job, the chimneys and the brickwork look great..Many thanks to Nico , Chris and everyone else who helped.I would certainly use NCS again and recommend them to anyone.

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.
