Andreas & Vladimiros quoted me exactly as I estimated for my toilet and bathroom jobs. Despite cheaper quotes, I trusted this father-son duo—they reminded me of my own dad. I supplied materials; they did the labor flawlessly. They worked tirelessly, always smiling, skipping breaks. It was a pleasure working with them. BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.

I recently had Akoni Construction come out to decommission a water tank in our loft and replace our hot water cylinder, converting our heating to an unvented system. Dan and Marlan were excellent, they managed to fit us in quickly, and the quality of their workmanship has been outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. We’re already working with the Akoni team on our next project, and they’re definitely contacts that will stay in my phone

Martin was quick to make contact with me and arrange a time to quote. He came to my house with his wife and they were able to give me really good advice and a quote on the spot which was appreciated. I didn't use Martin on this occasion more due to my own timings then anything else but would certainly look to contact him in the future for any other jobs required.

Stuart Marcus and Harry did a great job. They were professional,courteous and punctual. I have had bad experiences in the past, but the Landscape Construction certainly redressed any misgivings I might have had. They will be coming back to do another couple of jobs for me. Well done and I can highly reccomend them.
